Now that our new trail build is complete, we are looking for a name for it!

A bit about the trail:

The trail start/finishes at Wapiti Ski Hill and start/finishes near Elkford’s elementary and secondary schools. The trail is roughly 8 km and passes Boivin cabin at its halfway point. There are several bridges, one crosses Boivin Creek and another crosses Wildcat Creek. The new trail also crosses the Elkford Nordic ski track in the Winter. It is strictly for non-motorized use and will be groomed in the winter for fat biking and snowshoeing.

Please submit your trail name idea to director1@elkfordtrailsalliance.ca by September 20th. Must be a current member of the ETA to submit a name, and you may submit as many names as you’d like. The winning name will be announced at the official trail opening the week following.
